Nature of the business

Ollie Page Creations creates and sells original digital artwork: printable extended binder art and framed art for trading-card collectors. Every product is an instant digital download. Nothing physical is shipped, so no delivery charges, shipping times, or customs duties apply to our products.

Seller of record and taxes

Purchases made on this website are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on the transaction: it takes payment, determines and remits any VAT, GST, or sales tax due in your country, and issues your receipt. Your card statement will show a Lemon Squeezy descriptor, typically LEMONSQUEEZY.COM.

Consumer information

• What you are buying, and the price — described in full on each product page, with the total payable, inclusive of tax, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery — files are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed, and a link is emailed to you.
• Cancellation and refunds — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal and the conditions under which it is waived for instant downloads.
• Complaints — email [email protected]. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform . We do not commit to using an alternative dispute resolution body, but we engage with every complaint made to us directly.
• Technical requirements — you need a device that can open PNG and PDF files. Printing at the intended quality needs a printer capable of 300 DPI or a print shop.
